Overall accommodation capacity for six people, Villa HIDDEN GEM has two lovely decorated rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, while two extra persons can sleep on the comfy and vaste sofa bed in the living room. The Villa offers two fully equipped bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room also has access to a spacious terrace with a pool and a lounge area with BBQ which, together with deck chairs around the pool, invite you enjoying relaxed socializing on summer evenings, to have a barbecue or simply enjoy your breakfast and coffee before discovering the city and beaches.

Our Villa is nestled in a quiet part of a beautiful seaside town Zadar. The location offers privacy and peace and benefits with the position just outside the city center. Everything is close to here - beach, historic architecture, restaurants, national and nature parks... The villa is only a 20-minutes walk from the Old town of Zadar with all important historical sites and excellent restaurants and only 5 minutes walk from the sea and beach. If you are looking for activity, remarkable experiences and rich cultural heritage, Zadar is the place for you. This Villa is the perfect spot for families with children, completely enclosed and quiet, but not too far away from the city center and the sea.
