BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Booking your accommodation in Zadar could not be any easier! Here is how to do it in 4 simple steps:
- If you wish to book accommodation offered at our website, send us a request via e-mail which would include the time period you are interested in, the number of persons and the name and surname of the reservation holder. If there is room vacancy within the required period, we will send you a notice. Please confirm your reservation via e-mail or fax after you receive our notice. In principle, we will answer your request within 24 hours.
- If you decide to confirm your reservation, fill out the form which is located on our web site and send it to our service. Immediately after receiving your reservation form and before sending the invoice for advance payment, our staff will contact the owner of the accommodation to check whether the situation on the Internet corresponds to the real situation and we will make sure that the reservation is possible.
- After confirming the reservation we will send an invoice for advance payment of a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 30% of the total accommodation price for each night booked. This deposit can be payed by bank transfer, credit card, debit card.Please, pay within 24 hours as a guarantee of your reservation, and send us via e-mail (info@zadarcityapartments.com) or via fax (+ 385 23 313 747) your bank confirmation of payment. Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled without notice. Balance of payment can be paid prior or upon to your arrival at our Agency (in cash only) or at the apartment (in cash only). On our behalf, we will issue a written confirmation of every transaction.
- After the payment verification or your credit card authorization, you will receive an e-mail from us containing full details of your reservation including balance due on arrival, apartment address, and apartment owner contact information. This received voucher is your official reservation confirmation and a written proof that you have reserved accommodation. You must bring that email with you and present it to the apartment owner or at the Agency upon arrival.
If you do not receive that email (check all Junk and Bulk folders in addition to your Inbox), please contact us and we will re-send it to you.
